Jan has a passion for winning business and building great brands.
Her award-winning talent contributed to Grey's Agency of the Year award in '14 and '15. Her creative platforms for Fortune 500 companies include helping the new world Travel Brilliantly for Marriott International, celebrating Life Changing Medicine for UPMC, turning fashionistas into Maxxinistas for T.J. Maxx…and inviting America to Sea Food Differently at Red Lobster. Together with her creative partner Ron Castillo, Jan led the team that handled integrated global work for the world’s largest cosmetic brand, Maybelline. Along the way, she’s also contributed her talents to packaged goods (Healthy Choice, Marie Callandar’s, General Mills), retail banks (Bank of America and Chase Manhattan), apparel brands (Lands’ End, Kmart, Jockey and Playtex) and a slew of OTC/pharma brands, including Advil, Thermacare, Chapstick, Juvederm, Botox Cosmetic and Latisse.
A 5th generation San Francisco native, Jan attended the University of California at Berkeley and the University of the Pacific. She holds a B.A. in English Literature.





Ron is an award-winning brand steward for some of the world’s top Fortune 500 brands. His philosophy is “make it smart and make it look good.” He has supervised and managed accounts across all channels as well as winning over $60MM in business.

Just a few of the more recent accounts Ron has overseen are Marriott International, Red Lobster, UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), TJMaxx, 3M Brands, and Advil (Pfizer).
